This truly magnificent state-of-the-art houseboat is really turning heads!
A brand new millennium 3 storey design. One of our perfect houseboats for rent offering 6 queen size bedrooms (all beds zip-apart to singles), 6 fully tiled private ensuite bathrooms, a large heated jacuzzi, 2 cocktail bars (on upper and lower decks) and spacious living and entertaining areas on three levels.
Other features include laundry facilities, granite benchtops, gourmet BBQ with hood, ducted Air-conditioning, super-quiet diesel generator, dual steering and wall to wall tinted glass for panoramic views of the riverscape. The first of its kind to be offered for hire on the river.
Step inside downstairs and be impressed with the extremely spacious lounge/dining area. This area features cocktail bar, large round 12-person dining table with lazy Susan and fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with granite benchtops. This front area has magnificent views of the Murray River, the envy of most restaurants.
The home entertainment system onboard is second to none! Featuring a huge Loewe 102cm TV, DVD and stereo with 5 CD stacker, this magnificent unit is complete with Pioneer home theatre system with surround sound! There are four bedrooms on the lower deck each with private ensuite facilities.
Second Storey
Heading up the internal staircase to the second storey, you will be pleasantly surprised to find a large heated jacuzzi, second bar area and indoor furniture making this area another level of entertaining altogether. Here you will also find your second steering helm meaning that this craft can also be controlled from the second storey as well.
Bedrooms 5 and 6 are also located on the second deck along with their own private ensuite bathrooms. These 2 bedrooms have access through sliding glass doors onto a balcony overlooking the majestic Murray River, making it one of the most sought-after houseboats for rent!
Looking to soak up the sun? Head on up to the third level, kick back and indulge in some outdoor entertaining and relaxation on the upper sundeck. This area is complete with sunshade canopy, outdoor furniture and sunlounges.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features granite benchtops, under bench gas oven and hotplates, dishwasher, microwave and 530L full-size electric fridge/freezer. The dining area boasts an extra-large round dining table to seat 12 complete with lazy Susan. The lounge offers a cocktail bar comprising granite benchtop, bar fridge and a host of quality glassware and crystal.
The entertainment system is second to none, featuring TV, VCR and stereo CD player, which is piped to both the upper and lower decks. Wall-to-wall tinted windows, lush quality carpets and window treatments combined with top quality Sheridan linen extend the five-star concept.
The outdoor living area on the upper deck is superb with 4 sunlounges, outdoor table and chairs with large, fixed overhead sunshade canopy allowing you to relax and indulge whilst onboard.
