Offering 6 queen size bedrooms (all beds zip-apart to singles), 6 fully tiled private ensuite bathrooms, a large, heated Jacuzzi (hot 24 hours a day!), 2 cocktail bar areas (on upper and lower decks), laundry facilities, gourmet BBQ with hood, granite benchtops, spacious living and entertaining areas on three levels and dual steering complete with wall-to-wall tinted glass for panoramic views of the riverscape.
A brand new millennium 3 storey design, this boat is pure opulence! It is one of our most popular Murray River houseboats.
Step inside downstairs and be impressed with the extremely spacious lounge/dining area. This area features cocktail bar, large round 12-person dining table with lazy Susan and fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with granite benchtops. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features under bench gas oven and hotplates, dishwasher, microwave oven and 530 litre full-size electric fridge/freezer.
The large lounge area offers a cocktail bar comprising granite benchtop, bar fridge and a host of quality glassware. This area also features a state-of-the-art home theatre setup complete with large 102cm Loewe TV, DVD Player, stereo with CD Player and home theatre system with surround sound. There are four queen size bedrooms on the lower deck with ensuite facilities, complete with sliding glass doors onto the rear deck to provide wall-to-wall panoramic views of the riverscape.
Second Storey
Heading up the internal staircase to the second storey, you will find a large, heated Jacuzzi, second cocktail bar, casual lounge and dining area complete with second Home Theatre System with Loewe 102cm Television, VCR and DVD with surround sound making this area another level of entertaining altogether. Ducted Air-conditioning and a super-quiet diesel generator, on this level you will also find your second steering helm meaning that this craft can also be controlled from the second storey.
Bedrooms 5 and 6 are also located on the second deck along with their own private ensuite bathrooms. These 2 bedrooms have access through sliding glass doors onto a balcony overlooking the majestic Murray River.
Looking to soak up the sun? Head on up to the third level, kick back and indulge in some outdoor entertaining and relaxation on the upper sundeck. The outdoor living area on the upper deck is superb with numerous padded sunlounges, outdoor table and chairs with large, fixed overhead sunshade canopy.
