Big Bend Sunset Dinner Tour

Commence your Big Bend progressive dinner tour with homemade spinach dip followed by seared prawns served on baby spinach, flavored by salt with attitude. BYO your favorite wine to enjoy on the elevated decking while watching the changing colors of the sunset on the picturesque Big Bend Cliffs.

As dusk settles in and the bird calls subside, climb aboard the comfortable covered wagons to be transported through the tracks of the wetlands to an outback pine log woolshed. Your dining experience resumes under the soft light of an aged chandelier and the haunting memories of time gone by.

Entertainment is provided by those brave enough to participate in whip cracking lessons prior to the main course being served under the watchful eyes of orphaned native animals peering over the fence.
