San Choy Bau (pork mince, water chestnuts and bean sprouts wrapped in lettuce)
Gnocchi with burn sage butter and crispy chorizo sausage
Boned quail with smoked eggplant stuffing with beetroot and horseradish puree
Tempura mushroom with a sesame and soy glaze on steamed bok choy
Duck liver parfait with crispy orange bread and cornichons

Main Courses

Lamb shank osso bucco with gremolata and steamed beans
Loin of beef on celeriac puree with beer braised field mushrooms and jus
Smoked pork belly draped with chipotle sauce served with chimichurri and steamed cabbage salad
